MJ started working at St. Margaret’s Bay Massage therapy in 2012, having previously worked at Nova Spinal Care where she had been since the spring of 2004.

When she joined St. Margaret’s Bay Massage therapy she came to us with 13 years of experience helping adults, children and athletes enjoy optimal muscular health.
 
MJ has two children (Evan and Amber) who are two busy active kids, since a young age they have enjoyed the benefits of the child/infant massage course she took back in 2007.
 
MJ graduated from Northumberland College in 1999 with a few of the other therapists’ at the clinic and has been an active member with the Massage Therapy Association of Nova Scotia ever since.
 
MJ has focused most of her time on deep tissue massage, pregnancy and infant massage she has more recently been enjoying working with athletes.
 
In total MJ has been practicing for 18 years and has gained experience over the years with patients of all ages and she always has time to answer any questions you may have regarding traditional massage techniques, cupping or any of the different treatments she offers!
