Mary Lou Bourgeois, RMT

Mary Lou grew up in the town of Port Perry, Ontario where she began working locally in the hospitality industry which continued when she later moved to Banff, Alberta. After several years in the hospitality business, she felt it was necessary to find a different way to help people.

She attended the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Sutton, Ontario graduating in 1995. Following graduation she moved to Toronto, where she set up her own practice. In 2002 she moved to Nova Scotia and settled here in the community. Mary Lou now lives in Hubbards where she enjoys the area for walking and the farmers market.

During your treatment Mary Lou uses various techniques she has learned over the years, such as myofascial release, cupping massage, laser therapy, to individualize each treatment. Mary Lou also has studied reflexology, reiki and aromatherapy. She looks forward to continuing her journey here in our clinic with the other therapists.
